We offer Free Support for clients with a valid purchase code from Codecanyon. Free Support includes all general questions related to um-switcher. We will do our very best to answer your support questions within 24-48 hours on working days, probably even sooner.

Just register for support if you need help. Please have your UM Switcher purchase code available before starting your registration. We ask for your purchase code while registering on our website. License certificates and purchase codes are available at your download section on Codecanyon. Once you have registered successfully, you will receive an email notification.

Free Support does not include services such as modifying um-switcher beyond the original features, style and functionality as described on the marketplace item page.

Getting um-switcher up and running depends on some variables that are specific to your circumstances. You’ll need to have knowledge of software platforms and technologies for WP themes and plugins, so Free Support does not include help installing um-switcher on your server or CMS.

Setting up your cron job is NOT included in Free Support. However, we’re more then happy to help you out here. Send us an email with your request and we will get back to you with an affordable price quote. Include a link to your hosting provider and your subscription plan.

Admin can update subscriptions manually in the subscriptions tab (update the dates).

1- Create a new order via Woocommerce/orders/add order. Add a UMS product and set the order to completed. You can also change the order date if you like.

2- Go to UM-Switcher/subscriptions and adjust the start and/or end date, and hit save.

We always recommend uploading plugins via FTP. Download um-switcher from your account and unzip the file. Open your FTP software, for example Filezilla and upload um-switcher to wp-content/plugins. It is always wise to create a backup before you implements updates.

UM-switcher grants time-based access to content. So, your system must also continuously check all these time-related accesses. For example, if a subscription expires, the community role must immediately change. This is where a cron job kicks in. Besides changing community roles, the cron job also takes care of sending e-mail reminders.

No, even when you remove the um-switcher plugin and re-upload all data will be available. However, if you want to remove the tables you need to clean your database.

Well, in this case we advice you moving to a hosting provider that will offer this service.  Or use a cronjob service like www.easycron.com. You’re probably using a budget hosting and for a full blow membership website you need good and suitable WordPress/WooCommerce hosting.

First make sure you have made a test with only WooCommerce, UM-Switcher and Ultimate member active. Most of the times third-party plugins are causing an issue, so you need to do some research which plugin is causing a conflict by de-activating plugins one by one.

In some cases you need to clear browser cache before you will see any changes. We advice to de-activate cache plugins you may have installed while you are building your website. WordPress Hosting providers offer also a server caching system like Varnish, Nginx etc. You may want to check that to.
